It took me several months to interview various bathroom companies before choosing mr John Debes (Better Bathrooms) to do the work.I would like to thank John and his team for the renovation of my main bathroom, powder room and the ensuite which was completed a few weeks ago. It looks great and I am extremely happy. I have been very impressed with John’s good manners throughout the entire project. He has shown us kindness and respected my property, my family and myself, which I am very grateful for. On the other hand, his team worked hard and was dedicated to the project as well. In the course of the project, few challenges arose as they can’t be avoided, however John was able to resolve them in a professional manner without causing any drama or fuss. Furthermore I also appreciate John’s suggestions on the designs of my bathrooms and his willingness to accomodate all my request throughout the project.In addition, I would like to thank Suzie Tohme (managing accounts) for ensuring I receive timely responses and positive engagement whenever I have inquiries. I got about 7 quotes, out of which two were the most competitive whereas the others had all missed the mark in terms of understanding the clients requirements or cost. The quote received from Better Bathroom had clearly addressed my key concerns, with clear scope definition, and was reasonably priced and transparent (no hidden fees). John absolutely nailed the initial consultation providing an excellent understanding of the scope and appreciation for the budgetary and other site constraints. His advice was thoughtful and well considered and he also shared his opinions respectfully (when asked). Contract execution was smooth and interactions with the back office staff (Suzie) were pleasant and timely. Work started on time and finished almost a week earlier than the agreed date on the contract. Communication throughout the works was spot on, with daily messages and phone calls from John and his team. Selection of fittings and delivery to site again made easier through John's highly experienced back office team. The end product was a high quality finish, delivered early and on budget. Overall, this is one of the smoothest projects I have undertaken to date, thanks to the professionalism shown by John and Suzie. I could not recommend Better Bathrooms enough! Less

There are always going to be unforeseen problems and when they did arise, they were handled with ease. Everyone did a great job and the bathroom looks magnificent. John's experience as a tiler was evident in his attention to detail. The tiling was exceptional!!
